Logging into the "Thamaniya App" relies on entering a verification code sent to your mobile number or email, and you can also log in using Apple or Google. If you encounter a problem logging in, check the common cases below with the appropriate solutions for each.

#Didn't receive the verification code on a Saudi mobile number?

The verification code is sent via SMS. Make sure to enter the number correctly, wait a little, then request the code again.
If you don't receive it after several attempts, contact support.

#Didn't receive the verification code on a mobile number outside Saudi Arabia?

The verification code is sent via WhatsApp. Make sure the number you are registering with is linked to a WhatsApp account, and ensure WhatsApp is updated to the latest version to receive the verification code. If you don't receive the code after several attempts, contact support.

#Is the verification code incorrect or expired?

• Make sure to enter the latest code you received.
• Do not use an old code after requesting a new one.
• Request to resend the code and enter it immediately upon receipt.

#Why do I access a different account when logging in with email?

This issue occurs due to having two accounts.
When attempting to log in with an email not linked to a mobile number, we ask you to add a mobile number. If you add a mobile number linked to another account, you will access the account linked to the mobile number.

To solve the issue, log in with your account linked to the email, then add a mobile number not used in any account in Thamaniya.
