Frequently Asked Questions
1. Why didn't I find the Thmanyah app in the PlayStation Store?
It's likely because the PlayStation Store account is registered outside the supported countries. Check the account country and then search again.
2. If I change my PlayStation Store account country to the Gulf countries or Lebanon, will the app appear?
We do not recommend that; the PlayStation Store account country cannot be changed after creation. Even when creating a new account in a different country, you may face payment and account management issues, and we cannot guarantee the app's appearance or normal operation.
