How do I edit my account information on Thmanyah?

You can edit your personal account information with Thmanyah anytime either from your mobile through the "Thmanyah" app or the "Thmanyah Web App".

#How do I edit my account information?

1. Select "My Account".
2. Click on your name to access the profile information.
3. Edit your personal information.
4. Click "Save".

ℹ️ The information you edited will be updated and appear in your account immediately after clicking "Save".

#Changing email or mobile number

The email or mobile number cannot be edited from within the account.

To change the email or mobile, contact us at Ask Thmanyah.

Make sure to click "Save" after editing the information. If the information doesn't update, close the app and try again. If the problem persists, contact support.

4. Does updating my account information in the "Thmanyah App" reflect on my account in the "Thmanyah Radio App"?
Currently, changes only reflect at the platform level, not at the product level. Editing your account information in the "Thmanyah App" will only reflect on the mobile app and the web platform even if you are registered with the same identifiers in the Thmanyah Radio App.
